I met a gentleman though the course of my business and he told me a tale about how I could get my home free and clear and not make another mortgage payment. He said he was almost through the process, so I told him I would contact him in a couple of months when he was done and had all the paperwork clear.

A couple of months later I contacted him and asked him if he was all the way through the process. He assured me that he was. (He wasn't and still isn't). So, I made an appointment with Darrin LaVine to find out what the program was all about.

It was a pretty amazing story of bank fraud and smoke and mirrors. He told me he was through the process and I would be in 6 months. The cost would be $5000 per mortgage, and I have two. I could make payments for 12 months. What a deal! I would be through the process before I was even done paying for their service.

To start, I had to pay $750 per mortgage for a forensic audit, and a $75 filing fee. They needed copies of all my closing documents and then they started a process called QWR (Qualified Written Request). This process is effective on a first Mortgage, but ineffective on a 2nd mortgage equity line of credit. I know because I looked it up.

He told me not to pay my mortgage while I went through the process. Why pay them when I am accusing them of fraud? I had never missed a payment until I met Darrin LaVine.

For some reason, something changed in the middle of the process. My contract that was binding before was now not valid and I needed to join their fraternal order or they would not be able to proceed. So basically they have half my money in their pocket, and want a hold harmless agreement for themselves. I wasn't buying it.

Now we are at a pause in the game. I won't sign the agreement, and I know their process won't work.

They are willing to give me my money back, but the bank is ready to foreclose, my credit is screwed and I am angry.
