The A/C compressor failed to function and needed to be replaced. CHW rejected the $2,500 claim on spurious grounds, apparently a regular habit of theirs. The replacement cost exceeded their limit of liability by $1,000 so for them it would not make sense to authorize the claim. Google this company and Victor Mandalawi. They are a bunch of crooks, popping up in various states as they get shut down by litigation repeatedly.
