My 83 year old mother received a call telling her that her medical benefits would be cancelled if she did not receive a gold card. No mention of a cost. When she got her bank statement, there was a charge for $477.34. I called YR Benefits at 1-888-778-0073 to get her money back. A rude man named Rob said her account would be credited in 21 days. I have no hope of ever seeing that money.
