I made a purchase using IOffer. The seller did not comply with IOffer's tracking number requirement. When I mentioned this, I did receive some information from the seller but it was in Chinese - which again, according it IOfffer - was to be 100% in the language the buyer requests. I emailed IOffer several times - no response, then when it came time to leave feedback for my "donation" I mean "purchase" the IOffer website cuts me off and I can not leave feedback. IOffer is more of a scam broker for shady back ally sellers who have no intention on sending a product or my money back. IOffer should be avoided and a buyer should try their best to use an honest - customer friendly site which is NOT IOffer.
