Brought my phone bill into a T-mobile brick and mortar building and asked representative what was premium services charges on my bill for "Thumbplay" and Bune LLC and was told it was part of my service plan I bought. Then last week asked why they kept charging me for premium services that I didn't even know what it was and when i had asked them to stop. It took forever for T-mobile to finally just block Bune LCC. I never authorized this service. It stated it started at 12:07am? If I get any text offering me anything I always write stop. I am disabled and have limited income. I WILL follow up and get my money back! Completely unethical Co.
