not quite sure of exact date, but february 2012, i had a phone call from a person, who said he was from "the comptech team at bt" and i had a virus on my computer, he said was i having problems with my computer, i said not really, a bit slow now and again but otherwise ok, he said they would sort problem out, during the conversation he said that they had this offer on, for 9yrs of a one off payment of $144.00 for internet security, as i was not sure, this person kept asking me , what is the number of the bank card i was using, he asked me many times during our conversation, i felt i was being pressurised in taking out this offer, he said that he would take payment on the 1st march, i asked him to confirm by e.mail. well no e.mail and money was taken out 21st march, when i rang them to cancel got a whole load of exuses, still waiting for them to ring me, these people need to be caught out, next step for me is the police, these fraudsters need to be caught!!!!
