I was charged $34.99 for something that I bought at RN Real.com which I did not. It was charged to me on May 15, 2012. The telephone number I received is 206-674-2650 WA. I called and was told it was for real player. Excuse me, I don't have real player. But they will not take it off. Unsatisfied with computers now.
