I went to their site and ordered a 6-pc metro patio set for $450.
I could either do google checkout or pay by Green Dot MoneyPak.
I checked the company on BBB and they were listed there but NOT accredited. I thought it was a small Company from Ohio and not everybody gets accredited. and so I paid the money.
Once I paid the money, I got no response on my followup with emails or voicemail.I got suspicious and looked at their address online and found the address is of a house on sale.Further looking into it found similar website called www.smart-liquidation.com and emailing them in there customer support line went to an email that bounced back from a server of halfOFFmart.com.
So,finally I filed a complaint with BBB OHIO, who are investigating this case and then I filed a complaint online in www.ic3.gov.
I would urge everybody who are scammed this way to go and put a complaint so that the agencies know the severity of the cases.
Seems like thousands like us are getting scammed this way and
