I ordered a ceramic product from this company on 03/16/2012, They took payment from my credit card and accepted the order on the 20th. On the site it says allow 3-5 weeks to receive your order, I waited over 7 before I contacted the business. The woman who answered explained that she had just undergone surgery and couldn't run the business but she would have the product to me within a week, after 2 weeks I started to try and re-contact her, through emails phone calls and left messages stating I just wanted a refund since I have not yet received my product. No one has answered my calls, messages, or emails and I still haven't received product or refund, and it has been weeks that I've been trying to contact this business.
