I went to register for the auction, entering my information in the event I decided to bid on something and right after I was charged $99 without being asked to confirm or approve the charge. I had no idea what the charge was for until I called their customer service within the hour and found out you had to prepay for a package and once you signed up it was non-refundable. They offered to give me a $100 coupon voucher for restaurants in my area and I told her I did not want it. Just to cancel the transaction. She put me on hold and came back with They will refund 49.50 and send me the voucher. I Kept saying no finally I asked for supervisor... That was denied. i could tell I was getting no where so I said fine. Went to an online chat person and they told me to call back and talk to someone else. No results there.I have never been to a website that did not ask you to confirm your charges before submitting payment. I want my money back and ZBiddy should pay a monetary fine for this since it seems as though I am not the only one who has been scammed by them. The post before me said most of this and that is exactly how it happened. And then the 2nd guy said I still had my 250+ bids and I could still bid. No sense at all Plus if you don't use the bids within I think 60 days they all disappear. I do have an Email that states 5-7 days the charges should come off my card. But I really want the other charges off and they can have their bids and restraunt voucher(if I really ever receive it and the email I received regarding the restraunt voucher stated it had to be used within the month it was redeemed. Please help with making them place an option to cancel before you submit to help others. Thanks
I called them back 2 days later and they refunded the remainder of my money... Took persistence.
