I was "away" and had NO access to the internet nor was I able to use my bank card during the time of this $4.97 charge.....this was my last 4.97 these people STOLE from me :( They should have to pay us al extra $ for our inconvenience. Not only may this have caused some of us to overdraft our accounts and rack up other fees but we have to wait 10 days to gt a new bank card, some of us do not have checks and can only use our card to get our money out of the bank. UNFAIR!
