i own a cleaning franchise the name is Jani King, i was thinking to add more contracts to my company and improve my business even if i will spend some money on that, i was checking online website then i found The Janitorial Agency Services of Lansing Michigan, i got the number and i called then their customer service transferred my call to Christian Swanson to know more information about this company and of course i believed what he told me to get more contracts and more training so we can make all money and since that time he was calling me everyday and i always ignoring his calls till we talk again and he promise me $80,000 for basic program because they have promotion, i did not expect it was a scam,he sent to me agreement and some extra work papers which include the company's bank account number and payment authorization and ask me for my debit card copy for both sides and a copy of my driver's license, and of course i did send to him everything and i signed agreement on 03/27/2012 then i went to Chase Bank on 04/13/2012 at 14:28 PM and deposit $2000 cash to their account and i still have the receipt. After i did all what they ask me to do they promised me to push my training quick so i can start getting accounts and work, first week of my training they sent to me some videos of betco and exams and i thought it's ok maybe i need this to get more knowledge to the one i have, in second week they sent to me again videos and more exams,then quick they sent to me a walk through training in Lynnwood which is very far from where i live with the amount of $175 a month but i did not get it because the lady owned that a business hired some body else and i came back home with my empty hands, i called them for more walk through training but Logan said that i have to buy a package first if i want to continue my training and that package was not in my agreement and i don't need it now more than i need work but he insisted to sell it for me even if i do not need means whether you like it or not you have to pay for it, and with this reason they stopped my training and every time i tried to reach him is away from office or they tell me is in vacation and when am trying to call christian he never spoke to me like before,In our agreement they said contact us if you have any problem but when i called i could not find anyone to talk to or they give excuses that they are in vacation or away or in another call line so if you can leave a voice mail.i did email logan but he never responded to my emails. last tursday i called for my training and a girl said he is in vacation again and another one said he is out of his office i dont know who i will believe, my payment due was expired in 27 of last month 2012 i mean appril 27th 2012 and i could not make payment because they did not offer something to me and in our agreement said that if you have any problem with your payment call us to solve the problem but when i called them i could not find any one and in that day i supposed to have my training again that they stopped, i sent an email about that to Logan he but he did not respond till they charge me $150, so to solve that again they said call Linda or email her and i did she did not answer, i called Logan and he said he is going to take out all charges because he knows that they breach agreement many times and i have a voice record of our conversation when he told me to set up a talk over the phone between me, him and Christian including he said he will email me but i did not get any email or any call from them, they are all liers and scammers that i never seen, TJA has 30 complaints in BBB of Michigan and a lot of comaplaints in Attorney General of Michigan plus Federal Trade Commission. they took my money, waste my time and energy for nothing. Am looking for help to get my money back since they could not solve their customers problems and could not offer any contracts as needed, they just play with people's money and get them in agreement and anything happen even if it's their fault will guide to agreement termination then collect any of their agencies to force you pay the rest of money. We are many victims of them waiting for justice to show up in this country where is good justice and human rights.
