My daughter bought me a Orgreenic Ceramic FryPan as seen on TV for mother's Day. I followed the instructions and seasoned the pan after washing it with mild soap and water.
The pan is NOT non-stick. Even eggs with oil in the pan stick. I tried to call the company and just heard recordings. I was not able to get through to a real person. If I send the pan back for a refund it will cost me $10 shipping and insurance. Their compamy wants $7.99 for shipping and handeling for a refund or at their option they can repair the merchandise and send it back to you. This means I will be spending $17.99 for a pan that only cost $20.00 and may get the same pan back. This is crazy!!!
