Gentlemen:

In reviewing my PNC Bank checking account this AM I note a $30 electronic charge to my account by this firm. I did go to their website-submitted pertinent personal financial information but did not actually apply for a loan as I changed my mind. With this in mind I expect to have this $30 credited back to me.
I did make a telephone call to 866-789-3108 requesting this $30 refund. The rep I spoke to did not give me a satisfactory answer so I asked to speak to her supervisor. I was put on hold and waited 15 to 20 minutes and was never put thru so I hung up on the call.
I feel this $30 application fee is just another scam and would appreciate your help on this matter to get me my refund. I am a member of Scambook. Member ID Myers1935.
