I purchased an Xbox game from this site and when I got it I found out it is a pirated copy of the game from China. I emailed them and got the response below.

What does "Cracked/Decoded/Chipped/Modified console" mean?

It means that if you use original Xbox360 Console, Wii Console and PS3 Console to play our games, maybe it doesn't work. You need to hack/crack/decode the Console, then you can buy cheapest game DVDs from China and the games have total same experiences as original ones. It means use some special technique to update your console, then your console can read game DVDs.

You can go to Google.com, eHow.com or the local retailers who sell copied/cracked game DVDs to ask for, they will tell you how to break your console and how to play. We're sorry we can't tell you how to hack your console, because we can't see your console and don't know your console's version, system, format, etc. As we say it to you, many EU and US retailers have been purchasing those kind of games from China and they're doing good business locally.

If you need refund, please be so kind to send our game back and we'll make refund after we received and checked the game (make sure the item packing as we packed before, because we need it intact package and make the second selling).
