ordered a free trial of instant wrinkle reducer in march 11 - was charged £5.95 postage. heard nothing from them then had £69.95 taken from my mastercard on 30 july11 and recieved another bottle of instant wrinkle reducer yesterday,16 august11. why had they decided to send me another bottle and charge me £69.95 after five months is a mystery. i have tried ringing them this am on 08000124256 to complain recorded message told me there were a large call volume at present and put on hold listening to music for 10 minutes then a recording told me the office was closed and i was cut off ! my fear is that ill be charged again and i want to cancel but how can i ?
