I ordered two straighteners from this site back in January. I received notice from Fed Ex that they were returned to No More Rack as they had not addressed them to the complete address. I contacted No More Rack and they explained that they couldn't resend them but would refund my money. After not receiving the refund, I contacted AL and No More Rack again. He requested that I have patience and wait for a few more weeks. | have been in contact with them for almost 5 months and still no refund. When I check on my Issue Tickets with them, they have all been closed or deleted. I will never buy from this company again and I will be sure to spread the word that it is just a scam!
