Complaint 124784 Details Scan your bills for fraud

i checked my email and had spam maili went into this email and tried to register it was to bid for cheap electronics. so it asked for credit card number which i thought was needed to bid not to subscribe to anything. nowhere on the website or email did it say there was a charge. all of a sudden i got an email that stated 100 dollars was withdrawn from my account i called customer service and they said no refunds. i explained that i was not aware of the charge i would never have signed up for it because i dont have extra cash they tried to make offers i started to cry and they wouldnt let me talk to the supervisor. they told me as a courtesy they will refund 3/4 of it and send me a gift certificate but i still dont have that money back in my account this is fraud and i am very upset please help me.
