I ordered 2 magic mesh screens and told them specifically that I did not want any other merchandise they were trying to sell me! However, they sent me 4 topsy turvy planters and 2 mesh screens and they billed my credit card $91.60. My charge I was told for 2 mesh screens would be $19.95 plus $7.95 each for shipping. My total charge and I am quoting per my conversation on the phone with customer service would be $35.85. I have tried to contact them regarding my refund and cannot reach a human to resolve this matter and how to ship it back for my refund. If anyone has been successful in getting a refund please post how and who they contacted. This return could be rather costly! Thank You.
