$30.00 was taken from me by this unknown company. Plus, this caused my account to be overdranwn for 2 other smaller payments coming through. This caused me additional charges of $70.00 (35.00 each overdraft charge).
I called the number on the check and it was an Indian person who could barely speak English who insisted that I applied for a loan with this company. She refused to connect me to a supervisor. I'm going to sue if I can't get my money back. Anyone wiuth me?? Is there an attorney out there willing to take on a class action law suit with all of these complaints?
