Hi my name is Melissa Perry and I made a web purchase at www.cheqoot.com for a complete series box set of everybody loves raymond for $119.00 on May 12, 2012. I was informed that it would be here between 5-7 business days. It is now June 11, 2012 and i have still not received my package. The money was debited from my accon on may 15. The website has no phone number to contact them with and they will not answer emails, can anyone please tell me how do i go about getting my product or my money back?
