Complaint 12432 Details Scan your bills for fraud

There have been three charges on my visa card for the past three months May, June, and July, 2011. I have just discovered this on my credit card and I called the Company, had to get this from my Credit card Company, because there is no number to call in reference to these 3 charges for $19.95 which equals the $59.85 .
I called the company and they told me they didn't know what it was for that this company calls and we have to okay. i know nothing aboout it. I NEVER ANSWER MY HOME PHONE- I WAIT FOR THE MESSAGE. PLEASE HELP ME GET MY MONEY RETURNED AS WELL AS TAKING THIS OFF MY CREDIT CARD. hOWEVER, i CAN GET A NEW CREDIT CARD.
