My 78 year old mother got a 'your benefits plan' brochure in mail and had no idea what it was. Called the phone number 1-866-395-2021 which is a 3rd party 'customer service' business. Told me my mother agreed over the phone and provided her account info to them and charged my mother's account for $447.34. My mother does not remember doing this.

She had previously provided her account number over the phone to another company who did business with this same 'customer service' organization. I was told I would get a refund the first time, never happened. I believe they have her account number and are erroneously charging her. I will have to change her banking account. There should be a special place in hell for people like this.
