I paid the £5 Trial premium membership fee, having read that I would be able to cancel my membership without making any further payments. I tried to cancel my membership on the last day of my trial to no avail. I then wrote a letter of complaint and received an automated email telling me that I have to pay £149 and that they have been trying to collect this money from my card. They continue to try and take the money from my account eventhough I have tried to close my account and stop my membership. Today I wrote to them again telling them that I have tried to cancel my membership and my premium membership and that I wanted them to stop trying to bill me for a membership that I do not want. I have had a nasty email back saying that I owe them £149 membership fees, that they have not received any mail from me cancelling my membership and if I do not pay them they will send their debt collecting agency after me... This is a complete lie as I have the email from them acknowledging my request to cancel my account. I had also informed them that since the final day of my trial period I have been unable to log into the account to cancel it anyway..
