I chose to get a subscription from these people. I found the file I requested and paid the money. After searching for the file, it never came up. It's funny that it had no trouble coming up when I first type its name in. Later I tried to get in touch with the provider, to no avail. I called my card services, and we decided to cancel my card, as I was afraid of the next non trustworthy agent. The on line help that is posted was another lie. Do not trust these people. They take your money and you don't even get a kiss....
