I fell too. Paid the $2.95 but was worthless as far as history goes about the car. I called in 2 hours later and told them to cancell it as I did not want it with no info I needed in the report. They told me ok, would cancell and no more money taken. That was a lie. 9 days later, I got dunned for $29.95. I called. They said they had to email me a form I had to fill out and send back in to get my money back in 30 days. I mailed it same day. It has been over 2 months now and still no money. When I call, they take my name and phone number and tells me someone will call me back. They never do. I am going to try to send this to the BBB in Salt Lake City and see if that will help. I couldn't even log back on and get a report because they had cancelled the log in but not the money removal. SCAMMERS AND OUTSOURCED TO BOOT.
