ORDERED A PRODUCT FROM THIS COMPANY - CALLED TOTALLY CLEANSE FOR £4.95 - I THEN DISCOVERED ON THE 8th JUNE THEY HAD TAKEN £99.95 FROM MY BANK ACOUNT. I COMPLAINED TO THEM BY E MAIL, but no reply so far.
I sent all four drums of tablets back to them br recorded delivery stating
they were not ordered and not required.
Two weeks later they took the money from my account.

I have been scammed also by this so called company but I had my head screwed on and got the bank involved fraud department and also changed my card number now they LOL keep emailing me that I have changed my card details and there demanding that I update the details with them LIKE *u*k I will

Tks Daren for your input, I did the same as you and the fraud dept at the Halifax gave me their number to ring and told me to ring them and ask for my subscription to be cancelled. I was not aware that I had subscibed?
however I got through to them after approx. wating 10 mins listening to modern jazz! An American male voice answered and I told him that I cannot use the pills under medical advice and had returned all 4 drums with a covering letter. He stated returns are not in their policy! and another payment was taken yesterday!!!
I stated that was hardly fair given that I had returned all products with a letter stating I cannot use them. He agreed to take me off their computer list and refund the latest payment.
At least I am free of them now thank god,
