i applied for a loan to get a new car.....i was told i had to pay a fee of 69.95 and then i wud have the loan,i told the man on the phone i didnt have that much cash and thats why i was asking for a loan in the first place but they still went ahead and took the money from my account which was my sons child benefit,ive tried calling them over and over again but nothing....ive even had a letter from them sayin my application is completed and someone will be intouch but still nothing
