I received my bank statement and a check written to YR Benefits in the amount of $447.34 was written off of my account. I am filing a complaint with my bank. The ONLY information that was correct on the FAKE check was my account number. My bank name and address were wrong as well as my name and address. The check was typed and stated that I authorized the withdraw. My name was typed where it should have been signed on the check. The check number was clearing out of order with my REAL checks.
I have done some research and realize that I am NOT the only victim of this scam.
