I think i have the answer to this problem......Everyone i had same charge $10.25 from WWW.AUTOKITSHOP.WS
The only place that i can think of is ---this has happened before to me - yes i have PNC bank but when this happened about 1 year ago it was when i went to a LUKOIL gas station ---this is twice now -and i never go to LUKOIL but was running out of gas and this was the only close place to go and again it has happened !!!!!!!!!!!!!! Mother F_CKERS LUKOIL--- as stated in another post back a few the guy checked out source of WWW.AUTOKITSHOP.WS and DNS was in RUSSIA RING A BELL ???? LUKOIL HUH? I think it came from there !!!!!!! so if you bought gas or just a coffee there this could happen...anyone else been there in the last few month ???? Trying to make a connection ???? Please post in caps if this sounds corrected......
