- Hello my name is Lou. I also sent Neil Decker $2400 for my dune buggy chassis, and he also doesn't answer his phone or e-mails for me. I did lots of reviews about this on the internet, if you google him you will find my review everywere. I would like to e-mail you in private. My e-mail is (Personal Information Removed) Please contact me, and we can take him to court because he is a scam artist, and we would be able to get our money back if we took him to small claims court.
