I was contacted by someone with us government agency notifiying me that I qualified for A US grant of $7,500. The lady named ashley let me know I wouldn't have to pay it back. But I would have to pay a security deposit of 255 dollars to Western Union. This money was being wired to India to a man named Dhan Singh. With exchange rate this person was getting over 13,932 in indian rupee. I checked online and noticed person picked up funds immediately. Then I had to fill out a form so I could pick up my promised amount. I was told to wait for futher notice for a confirmation #. I was called 14 minutes later, and a man told me I would have to pay an additional $650 dollars because of california taxes.
