i bought modem boost, repair clinic, and pure radio. well i have to back-up and restore my computer every time i use modem boost, pure radio does not play any american music, and i don't see any change in my computer when i have had the occasion to use it. have requested a refund but all they want to do is exchange for another one of their programs and that won't work either. i would like some help to get my moneys back.
