I check my bank account online almost every day to make sure I don't have any charges like this against my account. This isn't the first time I've seen charges like this before, but when I call to dispute the charge I usually speak to a person and get the charge taken off. When I called this number all I got was a message to go to www.programstop.com. I went to the website and filled out the refund request form. Now I'll wait and see if the charges stop and I get my money back. if not, I will contact my bank and dispute the charges and get a new debit card number. My bank usually credits my account right away while they investigate the charges.
