I have been trying for months now to cut back on my bills and have told Direct Energy to have everything disconnected. They have not done so even as yet. Have spoken to them that it is a must that they disconnect. Direct Energy is not taking this serious. They have been ringing me hundreds of dollars of gas bills.
I have turned the switch off downstairs but that is not cancelling everything.
I would be safer in my own home not owing than put out on the street still expecting me to pay them.
I have gotten to the point I am swearing at them to disconnect.
