I was served a warrant in Debt by the Sheriff to appear in Fairfax Small Claims court by the plaintiff Elba I Delgado of (Personal Info Removed) suing "Rebuilding America" and serving me, Kimberly Williams at (Personal Info Removed) for $5000 for "fail committment to fund refinance of mortgage". My attorney has drafted a motion to quash that I will be mailing in 6/8/12 stating that I have been identified in error. I have worked as an IT contractor since 1989 and do NOT own a company called "Rebuilding America". These false accusations need to be stopped!
