I received a call from kevin smith(Personal Info Removed), claiming he work for the federal reserve bank in new york. He said I qualified for a $7000 grant and that I needed to pay a $132 processing fee to Glenn Franscis in palm harbor florida. I was told the processing fee would be a donation to the red cross and that if I didn't get the grant I can have a refund. I paid the processing fee and I received a confirmation number and a security code. I was told to call (646,502,8602). A Mike Freeman answered claiming that he work for the federal reserve bank as well and he would handle this transfer. he told me I would get the transfer within the hour then after an hour past I was told it would be there at midnight. that morning I called wondering where the funds were and he just kept giving me the run around, hanging up on me, not answering and changing his story.
