since i purchased this car april 27 2012 i have had several problems first started with the car running hot, side mirrors not working, crackling noise in the air vents, brakes system, traction system, radio shorting out with open wires in the trunk, and whining noise in the steering. informed the dealership of the list of problems. they told me to bring it in so they could fix it. they gave me a loaner car for two weeks and didnt fix anything but the car running hot and the mirrors. in the process they stole everything in the car such as my remote control the went to the radio all the accesories i had hanging from the mirror, the information that i signed when i purchased the vehicle and went in the glove compartment on took the bill of sale and insurance information out. tried to take it back again and they keep saying that they dont enough workers to service the car. now since then the sunroof acts like it dont want to close, water runs (not leak) into the driver side floorboard when it rains, car doesnt want to go in reverse or forward along with the other previous problems. i know two other people whom has brought cars from them in the last two months and they are having several problems also. i have the bbb report and they have had seven complaints in the last year. this is auto masters in smyrna Tn this car still has not passed emissions
