The agent promised to negotiate with my credit card companies to get lower interest rates with a guaranteed minimum savings of $3000 in the first year for a fee of $999. I agreed, they made the charge, then made the charge again three weeks later. I called to complain, they said they would credit the second charge. For the next two months, they reported regularly about progress with my credit card companies but I never saw the APR reductions. Now their phone is disconnected.
