My 15 year old son sold his XBox in October of 2011 he erased the hard drive before selling it and canceled Xbox live service.

At the time we were getting billed for Xbox live with our permission and the charged showed up as: MICROSOFT *XBOX LIVE ONE MICR 08003865550 for $9.99

I have been getting these charges on my card ever since!

MSFT *ZUNE ONE MICROSOFT WAY 08003865550 W:
We were billed $9.99 on 6/2/12 and on 5/2/12.

MSFT *BILLING ONE MICROSOFT WAY 0800386555:
We were billed under this 5 times for $19.98 each time on 4/2/12, 3/2/12, 2/2/12, 1/2/12, & 12/2/11!

On 11/2/11 we were charged $9.99 by MSFT *ZUNE ONE MICROSOFT WAY

I caught these charges in March 2012 and my son called with his password to complain & have the charges reversed, which they agreed to do. All they did was change the charge from $19.98 to $9.99. I have not been reimbursed & they have continued to take $ out of my account without my permission for 8 months!

I am canceling my charge card today & getting new one.

Total scam to our family over the last 8 months:$129.87
