I signed up for TVTravel as a side business. I paid 399.00 for flash adv and 248.00 to register and they deducted 52.00 a month to manage my Portal. Then I paid 2000.00 for a package they allowed them to do my callbacks and more advertising for my three websites as well I directed friends and family to my website to book vacations. in the biginning of the year 2012 I couldn't get onto my website nor could anyone else so I lost out on deals and possible income. Every number I had for them and the individual who signed me up do not work anymore or have been assigned to different people. Their on-line help to speak to a representative is off-line all the time. I can't get anyone to call me back even when we had scheduled a marketing meeting that they did keep and I couldn't call them back I waited over an hour for them to coantact me for the meeting. I still have yet to make a cent even with all the advertising I paid for. I was assured that it would be a full money back guaratee after 6 mos and 10 leads. I have met the criteria to cancel and have let them kinow via an e-mail address to Aaron Ross that I would like to do that and have not heard back. Tshat was three days ago. Now sthey hae informed in March of 2012 that according to FTC regulations that they could not make calls on my behalf anymore and I believe it is because I am in Canada. I also believe that they new this was coming down the pike and they took my money anyway so there was not full disclosure. If they do things in the States like they do in Canada, there was many months warning which is ample time to inform me that this was coming and leave the decision to me to go further or not. I have not seen any prrof that I received what I paid for after they said I would and now I can't get a hold of anyone. I will sue if they don't gfive me my money back on what was supposed to be a second income. I have more details, dates, times, people I spoke to and when to etc. for further action. No one should get involved with this organization.
