In March 2012 i purchased an steam cleaner from a sky shopping channel, i paid for the goods the money went out of my bank account and i was satisfied.
I noticed a couple of payments for $2.53 had gone out of my account but didnt take much notice of it.
In May 22nd and 23rd two ammounts were taken from my account one for $63.17 and another for $142.24 i went to my bank to ask what these payments were for.
I spoke to the fraud people through the bank and they gave me a telephone number, i have called this number several times a day for a couple of weeks and always get the engaged tone.
please could you help me to get my money back thankyou.
