This company emailed a program selling binary options, making false promises that I would make money investing into it, a minimum of $250, promising that they will give me advice to succeed. When I followed the advice of their broker to purchase a certain option it was unsuccessful, causing me to lose all the investment. Then I got on the Internet, reading of many complaints against this company and demanded a refund but they refused. I kept calling the broker, the name of Louis, and he finally agreed to wire me the refund, but it never happened.
After that I kept calling customer support headed by Linette Smith, phone no. 888-899-2443, and she refused to talk to me. They have a chat line and I asked them to connect me to Louis, but they said he was fired because of me. Later, I called the chat line not giving my name and asked if Louis was working there and the reply was that he was transferred to another department.
Numerous emails from me were never answered and it was impossible to find out where they are located and who is in charge. So I gave up.
