I had changed my plan back in Feb/March to $49.99 unlimited talk & text. In May, I noticed my bill was still $74.75. T-mobile called customer service to have them credit my account. Today, 6/5/12 when I went in to pay my bill, I explained to the T-mobile rep that my bill had not been credited. Upon checking and researching, we found this bogus charge. I am trying to get the full amount of $49.95 credited to my account. I was billed $9.99 a month since February 22, 2012.
