They had my information and they contacted me at my cell phone. They offered me a loan of $500.00 but I had to send the first payment of $188.00 U. S. Dollars. Company stated when they recieve money they resend with $500.00. I called and gave them Western Union confirmation information. California gave me a tracking number to go to Western Union and pick up my money. Western Union mentioned no tracking number. California Pay Day insisted an additional $140.00 for taxes on this Goverment loan. I called back and insisted I call off the loan. I've called and manager "Robert" is never available to take my calls or too busy.
