I signed up for an account on bidrack and my credit card was immediately charged for a $99 bid package that I never authorized nor was I aware of. I was under the assumption that my credit card number was needed to make future transactions easy. Emailed them to get a refund because I thought their system made a mistake and they would not refund my money. There was no fine print or anything and I made sure I read everything before signing up to make sure I was not purchasing anything before proceeding with my sign up.
