We was tricked into buying a timeshare from the Wyndham Smoky Mountain Resort on November l6, 2011. We have two timeshares with Wyndham that we have owned since the 1990's. We were told that they were deeded timeshares that would pass on to our children at our deaths. They told us if we bought a new timeshare that it would qualify us to transfer the old timeshares along with the new one to a new program called Wyndham Plus which would get rid of the deeds we had in the old timeshares. In other words when we died that the timeshares would end at our death. We visited Wyndham Resorts in Myrtle Beach, Sc. in May, 2012. and we were told that this was not so, that all we did was buy a new timeshare and it never affected what we already owned. We paid $14,979.00 for the new one. We were scammed into buying this timeshare against our will. We told them that we were not interested in buying a new one but they told us that this is the only way to get rid of the deeded property to keep our children from inheriting them.
