hi my name is brittney mims.a man called me at 11:00 in the mourning asking for me and my name, date of birth, and card information saying i have been selected to receive a free pell grant for the amount of 7,000 dollars he had a very thick accent and he gave me a transfer number to an account and and gave me his manager number 202-470-4840 his name was justin long. justin took the information i gave him and my 130.00 dollars for what he said was the operating fees and never returned my call.
