My daughter called the company back in April to order a dress for prom. We spoke with customer service prior to placing the order and they stated that this was an easy order. If my daughter paid them they would insure the dress way prior to deadline of May 18, 2012. We paid and we checked up on it many times prior to the date via phone and emails (saved). Each time, we were assured the order all the way up to a week prior. 3 days prior, we asked for them to send the dress expediated and we would pay extra. They said no worries that they would eat the expediated fee and get in mail. Mind you we did not receive the dress. Afterwards, we worried if this was a practice that they continue to do. Not send the dress (even though promised) take someones money and then try to give them the prom, wedding, special event dress after the event is over. We then started researching this problem and found out that this is a practice that many people have been scammed at. They should not be able to get away with this. My daughter still has not received her refund. We never received the dress and asked for a full refund since it did not get sent for her prom. I don't know if there is anything to be done. They make it impossible because they have reps telling a customer what they want to hear. Yes pay your money and we get your dress. Not only do you not get the dress when promised, you can not get your money back as well.
