wife recieved two farmville gift cards valued at $10.00 a peace from a family member in virginia as a gift, but because the clerk didnt scan the cards right, she cannot use them. was told that we would have to go to virginia to take care of this problem, but the problem is, we live in missouri and dont have the reciet. can you help with this problem, thank you
